I hate politics

Can I just go and hide away and sleep until the election is done and over with? I am so sick of everyone fighting over who is a better canidate for president. I am sick of seeing people that love and care about eachother putting eachother down because of what they believe. Come on people this is America we are allowed to believe what we want and have our own feelings and like one canidate over another. I have always hated politics I have only voted once in my life and not sure if I ever will again, even though that upsets my husband because he says it's my right to vote, yah well it's my right to not vote also. Ok I am done with my little rant.

Procrastinating cleaning

I just found out that I am only going to have my best friends daughter this afternoon and not the other 2 I normally watch because one stayed home sick so I am not to concerned about getting the house as clean as I normally do so I am procrastinating with messing around the computer and realized I haven't blogged in awhile. So things are pretty good here. My husband ended up being home all weekend due to an accident at his work, thank goodness not involving him but one of his coworkers was killed so the company didn't want too many people there this weekend so they could do the investigation and the get the corrects facts of what happened. It is very sad the guy that died was only 21. Well since he was home we decided to go to the circus on Saturday it was fun but we spent more money than i like to and we treated the kids with sweets which is rare well I guess it wasn't such a good thing because Karissa ended up sick afterwards. The girls are doing great! Lydia is doing well with school, I have her parent/teacher conference on Thursday to find out all the details. Karissa just turned 3 on September 11th, we are hoping for her to start preschool within the next month or so. Mikyla is 13 months old today and she is walking a little bit, not much but a little. So that is my little update! What a good way to procrastinate my chores hehehe

Getting frustrated now

Last year I registered my oldest daughter into daisies girl scouts well she got to go the meet and greet meeting and then nothing else ever happened the meetings that were planned kept getting canceled. I finally got ahold of the office and the person in charge and she apologized saying she didn't realize our troop ended up like that and said she would send Lydia a girl scout book for her to look at and promised she would get into a brownie troop, well my daughter never received a book. I know they are going to be setting up troops soon so I decided to call last week, got a machine left a message and still heard nothing back. I tried calling again today, got a machine again so I decided to e-mail the lady I talked to a few months back. I am really frustrated with this, my daughter is very disappointed and if they aren't going to put her in a troop I want my money back for it.

So I have mentioned I have started babysitting 3 girls after school. So with my 3 that make 6 girls. The oldest is 8, then 2 are 6 (Lydia being one of them), 1 is 5, Karissa is almost 3 and Mikyla is 1. They are so loud I don't know why girls can't talk quietly and why they have to be so loud. Normally I only have the 8 year old and the 5 year old for an hour except Wednesdays (which is today) I have them for 2.5 hours cuz school gets out early. Then the 6 year old that isn't mine I have till about 5 or 5:30 pm. They have so much energy I wish they would share some with me hehe. So yah it's a crazy girl house around here these days.

7 year anniversary

Today is me and my husbands 7 year anniversary! I love him to death and I am very proud of both of us for making it this far. I have learned keeping a marriage is tough work but in my opinion very worth it. I know with everything we have been through the past 7 years we can make it till death do us part.

Haven't posted in forever

So life is crazy here as usual. August is always a crazy month for us. Mikyla turned 1 on the 15th. Lydia started the 1st grade on the 18th. Me and Mike's 7 year anniversary is tomorrow but we are celebrating tonight since he is going to be on call tomorrow. I have also started babysitting 3 other girls here in my home during the weekdays after school. So yah crazy as usual. I think I am slowly figuring out this whole blog thing lol. Well that's all from me for now just a quick update.

My crazy life

So it's been awhile since I posted here cuz of how crazy life has been. We had to move and things are just now starting to calm down. Same time we were moving my nana went to the hospital and was flown 3 hours away for heart surgery. She is slowly recovering it has been 3 weeks now since her surgery. She most likely going into a nursing home this weekend, which we are not happy about but there is nothing else that can be done, there isn't anyone that can be with her all the time taking care of her and get her to all her appts. My dad doesn't have the patience and he has to work. My oldest brother has to work. I have 3 kids and can't physically do it (she still isn't walking and I just can't lift her, she is bigger than me). On a plus side though the nursing home she is going to is where my oldest brother works so he will at least be there to make sure she is being treated properly and everything is being done right with her.
My girls are driving me crazy I love them more than anything but they know how to push every button. My oldest is doing ok, I get a break from her when she goes to school but she thinks the world revolves around her and I should just wait on her alone. My 2 year old is my worst right now, I do not know at all what to do with her anymore. She flat out ignores me and does things she knows she isn't supposed to do, she throws tantrums non stop, I am trying different things with her but so far nothing seems to work. My youngest (Mikyla almost 9 months old) has started crawling and is now into everything it's exhausting with moving and trying to unpack things and such.
Well that is all for now gotta run and do some stuff.

Weigh in kicked my butt into gear today

So I did my weigh in this morning and was very disappointed that I hadn't lost any weight this past week. I didn't gain either so I should be happy but I know I can do better. I just have been slacking big time on the exercising. Today I did my workout video and did the cardio dance workout and the abs in 10 minutes. Then I brought out the situp machine thing someone gave me a couple weeks ago and tryed that out and it works well with me. I have been doing Weight Watchers for 6 weeks and have lost 10 lbs so far, I still have at least 29 lbs to go. Well I did well with staying under my daily points today I still have 6 points left for the day.
Was a pretty typical day here today dealing with kids and cleaning.

Life today

It's been a pretty mellow day. Got Lydia off to school and then came back and layed down for a bit then Jacob the 2 year old I watch got dropped off and and layed on the couch all morning. Finally got a call back from the head office of the girl scouts. I registered Lydia back in Sept for girl scouts, we did one meet and greet and then after that all the meetings had been cancelled. I finally started trying to get ahold of the main person at the main office and she finally got back to me today. She is putting a GS book in the mail today for Lydia and Lydia will be able to go to the day camps they have this summer then this lady is gonna make sure she is in a troop next year, which will be better anyways the 1st grade troop (brownies) gets to do a lot more than the Kindergarten troop (daisys). I have thought about being a troop leader but not sure if I could handle doing it.

The life of being a mom

So first last night my 2 year old Karissa woke up at 11 pm saying her tummy hurt. I put her back to bed. Then at 4 am my oldest Lydia woke up crying that she puked all over her bed, I got her bed and her changed and then got her back to bed. I think she got sick cuz she didn't really eat dinner last night all she ate was candy and sugar from the birthday party we went to that afternoon. I cooked dinner and she said she wasn't hungry and I didn't want to fight with her about eating so I just let her be. We got up this morning and my youngest Mikyla has had a bit of a stomach bug the past couple days so she was fussy and wanted to be held a lot, the small time she was down on the floor playing and I was able to leave her sight my 2 year old I think gave her airheads candy thing, I came back and it was next to her and her mouth and hands were blue, lol. So she napping now and hopefully will be better when she wakes up.
Just got a call, I guess I am gonna be babysitting the 2 year old boy I babysitt occassionally all next week. It's exhausting having him and my kids here but he is a pretty good kid and I get paid for it so that helps.
It's a beautiful day out today so me and the girls and maybe even mike might take a walk to the park or something.

Short 1st post

Ok so this will probably be short but wanted to start my blogging. I am exhausted today. We went to a park for a birthday party today and it was a lot of me running after my 2 year old Karissa cuz she wanted to be all over the place and with it being a nice Saturday the park was very busy. My husband just got home from a 26 hour work shift so probably gonna head off here and go watch t.v. with him for a bit.
