So I did my weigh in this morning and was very disappointed that I hadn't lost any weight this past week. I didn't gain either so I should be happy but I know I can do better. I just have been slacking big time on the exercising. Today I did my workout video and did the cardio dance workout and the abs in 10 minutes. Then I brought out the situp machine thing someone gave me a couple weeks ago and tryed that out and it works well with me. I have been doing Weight Watchers for 6 weeks and have lost 10 lbs so far, I still have at least 29 lbs to go. Well I did well with staying under my daily points today I still have 6 points left for the day.
Was a pretty typical day here today dealing with kids and cleaning.

Congrats on the weight loss Crystal. Good luck on the continued success of losing. I'm trying to lose weight as well so I know it can be a struggle.
